Xiaomi 11T Pro Review

Despite its flaws, the Xiaomi 11T Pro is still a respectable smartphone. In addition to the enormous 5000mAh battery and 120W fast charging, this phone includes a stunning 120Hz AMOLED screen and the latest internal hardware, so you won’t have to worry about running out of battery life anytime soon. However, the cameras aren’t up to level with those of its rivals, and the price is higher than that of other Mi 11 series handsets.

Positive
  • 120Hz AMOLED panel
  • Display colour accuracy is exceptional
  • Ludicrously fast 120W charging
Negatives
  • Battery life could be better
  • Unusual performance results
  • Average camera quality

Xiaomi is back with its flagship, the Xiaomi 11T Pro, and yet again, it did not disappoint. Once again, Xiaomi has brought to us the 11T Pro, a moderately stripped-back version of its flagship-killing handset launched earlier this year. It’s no surprise that Xiaomi’s high-end yet affordable cell phones have and are still gathering so much momentum. With a slim list of cut-backs and a marvellous list of top-end features, does the Xiaomi 11T Pro have what it takes to keep its name in the limelight?

Xiaomi is already known for achieving excellent value for money, and Xiaomi 11T Pro is no different. It is a complete package: a 5G handset, a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display, along with a high-end Snapdragon 888 5G processor with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. POOF! QUITE A LOT!

Besides the features mentioned above, you also get a triple main camera setup that includes the Tele-macro lens, a 5000 mAh battery, and 120W fast charging that will charge your phone to full power in just 17 minutes!

All you need to know about Xiaomi 11T Pro Features

Xiaomi 11T Pro is one of those affordable handsets in the market right now. It comes with the Snapdragon 888, Qualcomm’s fastest mobile CPU till now. It has other impressive features like a 120Hz AMOLED display and a 108MP camera. It’s also the first smartphone that supports a blisteringly fast 120W wired charging.

It is not much different from the more expensive Mi 11 Pro. Its screen resolution is lower (FHD+), and it lacks IP68-rated waterproofing (IP53). It also doesn’t have the 5x optical zoom camera of the original. That’s pretty much all.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro is made entirely of plastic but is very sturdy but is prone to picking up greasy fingerprint smudges. The 11T Pro differs a bit from the Mi 11 Pro in terms of design. There aren’t as many fancy choices to choose from. It comes in a plain Meteorite Grey, a soothing Celestial Blue, and a Moonlight White.

The 11T Pro is quite broad – measuring 77mm from side to side – and weighs almost 204gms. That said, the phone’s front looks quite sleek, with the screen taking up most of the possible space and a neatly punched round-shaped notch right in the middle of the phone’s top edge.

Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a compass/ magnetometer, a proximity sensor, and a fingerprint sensor. It comes with a reading mode, but this doesn’t change the screen into black-and-white; it just mutes the colour tones somewhat and reduces blue light.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro is also IP53-rated for safeguarding against dust and light water damage. The side-mounted power button can be used as the usual PIN, password, and face unlock methods and as a fingerprint reader as well.

What makes this one different from all the others is its charging. Its killer feature supports 120W USB-C wired charging. It goes from zero to 100 percent in under 20 minutes! WOAH! You may compare it to iPhone 12, which merely supports 20W charging. CHECK THAT OUT!!!
